Coulter votes in wrong precinct By Jose Lambiet
Palm Beach Post Columnist
Wednesday, February 15, 2006
...Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections records show Coulter voted last week in Palm Beach's council election. Problem is: She cast her ballot in a precinct 4 miles north of the precinct where she owns a home — and that could be a big no-no.
Coulter, who owns a $1.8 million crib on Seabreeze Avenue, should have voted in Precinct 1198. It covers most homes on her street. Instead, records show, she voted in Precinct 1196, at the northern tip of the island.
...Here's the sticky part for The Right's Lady Macbeth: She wrote down an Indian Road address instead of Seabreeze on her voter's registration application. And she signed to certify the information as true.
"She never lived here," said Suzanne Frisbie, owner of the Indian Road home. "I'm Ann's Realtor, and she used this address to forward mail when she moved from New York."
...Is a desire to hold on to privacy the reason she gave the wrong address?
"I know but I'm not going to say," Frisbie replied.
No matter, Florida statutes make it a third-degree felony to vote knowingly in the wrong precinct. Lying on a voter's registration can cost up to $5,000 and five years behind bars.

In the unlikely event that she's indicted, she could just plead guilty and then be pardoned by whichever member of the Bush monarchy chooses to do so...

Coulter has also lied about her age. Not a great sin, but still an interesting point to make about her honesty--and lack thereof.

Mystery of the Ages
By Lloyd Grove
Washington Post Staff Writer
Friday, September 6, 2002; Page C03
Is Human Uzi Ann Coulter 38 or 40 years old? And when she insists that she's the former, is she telling a fib?
...London Telegraph writer Toby Harnden, meanwhile, wrote in his July 19 piece: "An air of mystery surrounds Coulter's age. She says she is 38 but her publicist puts her at 40.
...Our own investigation revealed that:
* Coulter's Connecticut driver's license lists her birth as December 1961.
* Her D.C. driver's license, acquired many years later, says she was born in December 1963.
* The birth date on file at the New Canaan, Conn., voter registration office is Dec. 8, 1961.
In an effort to clear up all this confusion, a member of The Post's crack research team phoned the New Canaan registrar of voters, who chuckled, checked his records and reported that Coulter registered to vote in 1980, when presumably she was the legal minimum voting age of 18. That would make her 40 today.

I wonder which country-club-prison they'd put her in, should she actually be charged and convicted? I promise it would have nothing in common with Cummins.

this is kind of old news (from February) - and I think it was from even before that, actually - has there been any update on the situation since then?

Sorry, Betsy, the thread got bumped by a spambot. You happened to see the bump (mere moments) before I could delete it.

Vote chief can't find lever to hook Coulter
Palm Beach Post
Wednesday, January 10, 2007
When it comes to dealing with Palm Beach GOP vixen Ann Coulter — who, police now say, could end up facing two felonies and one misdemeanor — elections boss Arthur Anderson is starting to look like Don Quixote.
Nearly a year after Coulter allegedly voted in the wrong precinct in a town of Palm Beach municipal election, Anderson is looking desperately for a law enforcement agency willing to investigate.
In November, the gangly Anderson went to the town's police department. But Palm Beach's Finest weren't interested.
And Tuesday, Anderson met with a sheriff's deputy. PBSO will get back to him.
He could end up having to take it up with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

I'm not too surprised nobody will actually enforce the law on Coulter - even though Jeb isn't gov anymore.

The latest psychotic rant of this frustrated nut, who has nothing left:
"It would have worked, but the Democrats were desperate for America to lose. They invented "Watergate," the corpus delicti of which wouldn't have merited three column-inches during the Clinton years, and hounded Nixon out of office."

People are still paying this woman to spout her insanity? That's even more insane.
