The woman came from Illinois - she can't help it and even 18 years in AR followed by 8 years in Washington haven't been able to make her sound like anything but a midwesterner.
Truthfully, the "Hillary cackles" is a result of that lack of critical thinking mentioned in another thread. The MSM has been selling Hillary Hate since 1974 when she was part of the Nixon impeachment prep and sheeple unable to find anything real to hate her for, come up with things like that.
