Arkansas SB 939

I am curious to know if the Freethinkers are involved in any efforts to challenge Arkansas SB 939, authorizing the Secretary of State to put a Ten Commandments monument on state house grounds.I suspect the ACLU will take it but I think somebody has to file a suit.

I've been out of the state and haven't heard about this until now. Can you post a link to some info?
