As someone with a background in biochemistry, I look forward to hearing more from you about your research.
Instead of making it necessary for people to visit your site in order to get even a general idea of what your site is about, could you please post a short overview of your work? A copy/paste of your main page would probably suffice.
Although we certainly do not want you to disseminate sensitive information, could you also briefly list your qualifications? (For example, are you affiliated with the university? do you have an advanced degree?) A quick perusal of your site reveals that although you are not a physician, you are a biologist. However, I could make the same claim, yet I am certainly not qualified to present as an authority information like that on your site.
