Perhaps the old blog miester feels it belongs in the Humor section, if so, move it. But the cartoon's pages of commentary tell a different story.

Satire anyone?

More seriously, there is a thin line between bringing up children to be prepared to defend their country and what it stands for, and bringing them up to thoughtlessly toss away their lives in some misguided and macho-orientated act of “heroism”.

And as always, if you cannot take criticism without ettin offended, you have to look very closely at how much you believe in liberty.

A very good cartoon all round, and obviously thought and discussion provoking as a good one should be.
