An organization that gives the poor access to free medical services now serves the U.S. instead of just concentrating on 3rd world countries.
In this CBS 60-Minutes report, they helped hundreds, but over 400 more had to be turned away--in Tennessee. It is so sad.

Universal healthcare - we Dems have tried to get it since FDR's New Deal. Maybe this time we'll get lucky.
