An interesting question. Maybe there's a necessary correlation? I've always maintained that you've got to have some major reasoning deficiencies to be a neocon, and plenty of people believe that men think with their penises, so a eunuch...

Perhaps try the R halls of Congress. I think Larry Craig is still hanging around since airport bathroom stall are off limits for him at present. He's no eunuch but has 'other things to do' with his male parts.
